The Online Flight of Freedom is part of LG’s LIVE BORDERLESS™ campaign, which is in line with LG’s latest design concept, LIVE BORDERLESS™, developed to start a whole new world of television viewing, a world without borders and with infinite possibilities through BORDERLESS™ design, seamless connectivity and limitless content of LG TVs.
And now it’s time for us to serve our promise. And to you Ms. Candy Ong, we congratulate you for winning an LG 42” SL90 Full HD LCD TV with latest edge LED technology. We will be sending an email on how you could claim your prize to the address you gave during the Contest Registration.

Terms and Conditions for the LG “Online Flight of Freedom” Contest
1.1 The “Online Flight of Freedom” Contest (the “Contest”) is organized by LG Electronics Philippines. (“LGE”).
1.2 This Contest is open only to those over 18 years of age, and who are resident of the Philippines.
1.3 Directors, officers, employees, contractors and their immediate families of LGE, and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter this Contest. Any person whom LGE in its absolute discretion (and without obligation for LGE to give any notice or any reason) decides to exclude from time to time, are also not eligible to enter this Contest.
1.4 Subject to clauses 1.2 and 1.3 above, this Contest is open to everyone. To enter the Contest, participants are to log on to LGE’s website at http://www.lgborderless.com/ph/#/promotions, and follow the instructions therein in relation to playing the game / entering the Contest.
2.1 There will be a total of ONE Contest winner in the Philippines. The winner will receive the LG 42” SL 90 television.
2.2 By participating in the “Online Flight of Freedom” Contest, the Winner agrees to
participate and cooperate as required in all editorial activities relating to the campaign, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed.
2.3 Winner must be 18 years of age or over at the date of judging.
2.4 No cash in lieu of any prize will be given, whether or not the said prize is redeemed. LGE may at its sole discretion at any time substitute or replace any prize with any other prize of equal value. All prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item.
3. Conduct of the Contest and Selection of Winner
3.1 The “Online Flight of Freedom” Contest for Philippines starts on 4th February 2010 @ 00:01 Philippine time and concludes on 1st April 2010 @ 00:00 Philippine time.
3.2 The Contest requires each participant to register online with their name and email addresses and submit their entry accordance with the Mechanics as below:
a)The participant is to free birds off the island. Each bird freed is considered as one chance to win the LG BORDERLESS™ 42” SL 90 TV. Other actions performed will also award the participant with a relevant number of chances.
b)The contest starts with the participant personally setting one bird free, which equates to one chance. The participant can then invite friends to help him/her set more birds free for extra chances to win.
c) These friends will receive an invite with a link to do so.
d) Only when the friend clicks on the link in the email and visits the site to free the bird he/she was sent, will the additional chance be awarded to the participant.
e) Each participant can revisit the contest to sign-in again with the same email address (provided during the Contest Registration), to invite more friends for extra chances to win.
f) Each participant can only win in the contest, if he/she is residing in that participating country (Singapore/ Malaysia/ Philippines/ Indonesia/ Vietnam). If the winner is residing in more than one country, he/she can only be eligible to win once, in any of the “Online Flight of Freedom” Contests from the aforementioned countries at the sole discretion of LGE.
3.3 At the end of the contest, a draw will be held to determine the winner, where each freed bird constitutes one entry. However, the selected participant will also be assessed by LGE on the merit of his/ her answer to the open-ended question before the prize is awarded.
3.4 By entering this Contest, participants consent to the Promoter obtaining their email address.
3.5 The winner will be notified by the 9th April 2010, via the email addresses provided during the Contest Registration. Such notice shall be deemed to have been duly received by the winner within 3 days of the email sent out. The results will also be published on LGE’s facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/pages/myLifesGoodPH/271531677879?v=info&ref=mf) and website (www.lge.com/ph) on the 9th April 2010. If a winner does not respond to the email notification within 1 month of the sent date, LGE reserves the right to deal with the prize at its sole discretion.
3.6 Prizes must be claimed in person by the winner within 1 month from the date of the selection of the said winner at LGE Philippines.
3.7 LGE shall have the right to publish the name, email address and NRIC numbers of the winner of the Contest in the newspapers, website and/or promotional materials.
3.8 If the winner is unable to personally collect his/her prize, he/she can give a letter of authorization to authorize another party to collect on his/her behalf. Identification of the authorized person must be produced.
3.9 Any prize/s not claimed within the said period will be forfeited without any liability on the part of LGE to the winner, and the prize (or its equivalent monetary value) may then be donated by LGE to its selected charitable organizations.
3.10 If LGE subsequently discovers that any winner was in fact not eligible to participate in the Contest, LGE may at its discretion forfeit the prize (or reclaim the same, if already claimed by the “winner”), and the dispose of the said prize in such manner and to such charitable organizations as LGE deems fit.
