ILOILO, Sept. 4, 2013 –LG Electronics has conducted another successful tour with its “showroom-on-wheels” Caravan in Jaro Plaza, Iloilo. The global leader and technology innovator gave free electronics repairs and proudly presented its top-of-the-line products to Ilonggo consumers.

LG opened the event with a Fitness Day and a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by LG sales manager Carlos Morante. The Ilonggos danced their blues away to a free Zumba Fitness session as more than 180 Zumba aficionados attended the event at the Jaro Plaza gym. The following day, a medical mission was held in which more than 200 patients were given free health check-ups, consultations, and medicines from LG.

The LG Caravan was packed with fun-filled activities as people of all ages enjoyed free gaming and movies featuring LG’s newest line of LED TVs. They also had the chance to participate in the Labada Day in which more than 200 people tried out LG’s free laundry services. To cap off the weeklong festivities, LG held a Talent Competition in which 15 hopefuls vied for the grand prize.

Showing gratitude

“The LG Caravan is our way of showing our appreciation to customers who have given continuous loyalty and support to our brand and products,” said Roland Dallarte, LG Electronics corporate marketing head. “This venture shows our commitment in bringing “the good life” to Filipinos nationwide.”
