LG EXPANDS PRESENCE TO REACH CONSUMERS
Being the brand with consumers’ face on its logo, “LG Electronics loves to listen to consumers,” said Raymond Hernandez, corporate marketing head of LG Electronics Philippines. “Consumers are the beginning and end of everything we do.”
LG and its success are based on continuous investments and research for them to get better insights into their consumers. “These become some of our most valuable assets, enabling us to create powerful products that respond to the diversifying needs of our consumers and achieve market leadership,” Hernandez added.
To make its products fused by stylish designs and smart technologies more accessible to consumers, LG Electronics, the global leader and technology innovator in consumer electronics and mobile communication, rolled out this year six new centers to expand its presence across the country.
Its very first in the Philippines, the LG Concept Shop opened in Robinsons Galleria as a one-stop shop in gadgetry, home entertainment, and HealthPlus appliances, all of which cater to consumer’s needs in design, innovation, energy conservation, and health preservation. Shopping for gadgets and appliances has been made easier as each product has been made to blend seamlessly into the consumer’s home and lifestyle.
Moreover, three concept shops exclusively for LG mobile phones are now operating in Cyberzone areas of SM Megamall and SM North EDSA Annex in Metro Manila and SM Bacolod in Visayas. At LG Mobile concept stores, expect a wide array of stylish and sophisticated handsets, from the most affordable full touch screen LG Cookie, first S-Class touch screen ARENA to the world’s first transparent design phone GD900 Crystal and new BL40 Chocolate, and take the firsthand look at upcoming mobile handsets.
To reach more uncompromising seekers and to drive further growth in more areas, LG positioned its sales and service Visayas branch in Cebu City and a dedicated service center in Dagupan, covering Northern Luzon. These regional presence offer premium customer service and provide support to partner dealers and authorized service centers. These centers, managed by highly trained experts, are also equipped to fix a wide range of LG products, including televisions, home appliances, air conditioning units, and mobile handsets.
Unique in the Philippines, the state-of-the-art LG Air Conditioning Academy was put up in Pasig City to focus on generating and fostering experts in residential and commercial air conditioning products. It has the capability to train hundreds of engineers, contractors and technicians each month.
“Our new infrastructures allow us to engage with and serve more consumers with varying needs in various areas in the country,” said Raymond Hernandez, corporate marketing head of LG Electronics Philippines. “In line with our vision of growth here in the Philippines, expect to see more exciting things lined up for both our business partners and consumers in 2010.”
These efforts will help us create new consumer value and achieve a higher level of consumer satisfaction. Life is good…as ever with LG.
