Automatic turnoff?
I bought 1 unit yesterday And I followed the instruction given by the sales rep. I turned it on at 7pm yesterday. I was amazed and very happy, As of this writing, when I came home from grocery store I wonder why it turned off automatically.. Is that normal?

Poor quality
Bought it January 2020 defective already, faulty compressor and condenser.
Repair cost almost half of a new unit.
10years warranty for compressor is useless cause you are forced for system cleaning freon and condenser.
The question is it worth it to repair after repair how long it will last another year or month?
They made it disposable after 2-3 years my bad i recommend the brand to a friend after I buy. Hope my friend don't get mad at me for recommending LG.

Anti Scratch
I bought this kind of refrigerator way back post-pandemic that was year 2020 when ECQ happened via online cause we can't leave our house even I would like to see it for myself for checking it. After a year the cover that supposed to be anti scratch is stripping. Most part the handle. I was thinking maybe we got long nails and unaware of scratching while opening it. and the more you used the color is fading. Kinda sad cause all of my appliances on our house mostly is LG products but whenever I cross with our refrigerator it's irritating to see those scratch like it's a stain to look or thinking of buying another one but this time not relying just on the cover. Maybe I'll scratch it first to see that it's sturdy and not just a cover up. So it really good to check itself I don't have a choice that time and this is the only unit available on my budget. But the performance is all good never had an issues even we moved it multiple times from North to South we are satisfied the front cover is my only issues so far. Hope you can make improvement based on my feedback. Thanks and gave us more good life living with LG.

Substandard
I bought this 2 years ago, last 3 days meron leak na oarang hangin sa likod, then after 3 hours dina lumalamig, I try to get an repair schedule in this website but unfortunately no one replying concern. Nakakapangsisi lang na I bought sa LG sana Panasonic na lang binili ko.. Mga substandard mga Refrigerator nyo!!

After 1 year the chiller is not working hindi na lumalamig. Yung freezer lang ang working then customer service is worst based on the negative comments here it is true.

Not reliable
3 years after my purchase PCB board have problems already. It doesn't help that their service center has a s**t service, keeps on cancelling my repair request. The service center also keeps on warning me that if I proceed with the repair it will cost me thousands of money even though it is still under 10-year warranty. Be warned.
