Quiet and powerful but very efficient
It cools my room very quick and the unit is very quiet. the unit itself is already efficient but you can make it more efficient by using the active energy control

failed our expectations
we bought it june 20, 2020.. but it always not cooling enough after 4 months of use.. we always call their technician to fix it bcoz of their warranty but after a month or weeks it went back to the same problem.. they cant figure whats the problem of the unit. last pulldown is jan.2021 and system reprocess last june 15, 2021.. i set it in jetmode but the roomtemp is just 29c.. i hope this review could help us.. coz i feel so disapointed.. how can i get my warranty for the compressor if ever?

Yah or Nay?
I was amazed how fast this ac can cool our room when it was newly installed. But recently I've noticed, there are two buttons for the swings. The one that vents up and down and the other is for left and right. The latter does not work. And I was confused why does it only blows air on the right side even when in remote control it shows sideways. Does anyone encounter the same situation?

I am giving this air conditioner 3 stars because of a few things. First, there are 2 buttons for the vent direction. one works and the other does not. I want to direct the cold air to go straight down and that function does not work. Second, sometimes it cools well and other times not. I put a thermometer on the exhaust air and it is not very cold coming out. ALSO, the people that installed it did not know what they were doing. When uncoiling the copper pipe, one guy blew into the tube. This puts water into the system and affects the cooling. Third. The ones that clean the unit charge me 1,200 because they say it is better to dismount the unit to clean. I know this probably has nothing to do with LG but is there a design flaw?
I chose LG because of the quality of the product. I have to buy 3 more split type air conditioners and am considering a different brand.
