Either Sim Card Lock feature or Mac Afee Anti Theft feature was activated

Try to do soft reset ; press Volume down + Power button at the same time

 

When the LG logo is shown, shortly release only the Power key then hold the Power key again 

The "Factory data reset" screen should appear. (Release all keys)

 

  Go to "Yes"

 

  Press the Power Key to confirm
