  • Download the LG Mobile Support Tool to your PC.
  • After Execution of LG Mobile Support Tool, Click Customer Support > Application, Manual & USB Driver Download menu.
  • Enter a value for "IMEI" or "serial number" in your phone and Search.
  • Download manual and software(Manual, PC sync, Drivers.)

PC requirements for LG Mobile Support Tool

  • 1GHz or higher Pentium-compatible processor
  • At least 256 MB of RAM (memory)
  • Windows 2000 (SP4 or later) or Windows XP (SP1 or SP2), Windows Vista, Windows 7
  • Administration rights on the PC for software installation
  • High-speed Internet connection
Software Upgrades include Device Drivers and Firmware Updates for specific Models only.
Not all Models support downloadable software upgrades.

How to use as a modem?

1.  Insert PC Suite CD and install 2.  Run PC Suite 3.  Connection Wizard 4. How to activate ATMT code (Anti Theft Mobile Track)?

Go to Phone Setting - security - Anti Theft Mobile Track - On - Enter ATMT code "000000" then fill up Owner name, Alternate no.1.. Etc. This is if someone uses different simcard on your phone, it will automatically send on the Alternate no. you have filled up the number who uses your phone.

What is PUK code?

After entering your SIM pin 3 times incorrectly your phone is PUK locked and you must obtain the code from your service provider.

Note: If you have entered PIN/PUK 10 times the sim is permanently destroyed and a new sim will need to be reissued.

Select Product category
On the left side, select what is yout unit (TV, washing Machine. Etc)
After Selecting on the right side you will see Service Info, select Manual

How do you download ringtones/screensavers?

Connect the phone to your computer via the data cable supplied and install the CD that came with it. Then start LG Contents Bank and download the ringtones and wallpaper from the CD.
Please refer to your owner's manual for more information.

Why is the battery charge not lasting as long as advertised?

If you have your LCD backlight on permanently it will drain your battery rapidly.
Please make sure it is set to 10 seconds at most.
To do this:
1. Go to Menu-->Settings-->Phone Settings-->Display-->Backlight2. Set to 10 secs
Note that this will set the time that the backlight is on for to 10 seconds.

Check memory of simcard - Sim messages. Check external memory might be full. If still with error proceed to the nearest service center
