If you do not hear your TV audio on your Home Theater Set via the Audio Return Channel (ARC) function, there are a few things to check:
1) Do both products supportARC function?
2) Is the SIMPLINK function turned on?
3) Is the sound-output on the TV set to ARC (external)
4) Is the HDMI cable connecte to the right HDMI port on the TV? This can be HDMI 1 or HDMI 2.
Always check the lable on the TV for the right HDMI port
