How can I lock certain channels and external input?
Symptom
Do
you want to lock certain channels, external input and applications of smart TV?
You
can lock certain channels and external input and cancel the lock temporarily by
entering PIN code.
※ You can lock and cancel the lock of certain applications by pressing the pin number at smart TVs manufactured after 2013.
How
to fix
Non-SMART
①
Menu → Lock → Lock system : ON
※ Initial pin number: 0000
② Block channel : Block some from channels received by the antenna.
③ Input block : Block external input, component, HDMI terminals
Remote control [Home] or [Smart] → [Setting] → [Lock] → [Lock system]
① Set
system lock by selectin ON from “lock system”.
② Enter preset PIN number.
※initial PIN number: 0000

Block
channel: Click
on lock/cancel at the bottom right corner after selecting certain channel or
all channels.
④ Input block: Select ON for the input mode you want to lock.

Application
lock: Lock certain or all applications.
※ Application lock is available for smart
TV manufactured after 2013.
