Drawer is not working well
Symptom
Freezes food. Freezes food in a particular section. Air is too cold.
Cause
1. Adjust Temp.
① If the refrigerator is set at too low temperature, it may freeze the food.
2. Check Ref.
① If you store watery and easily frozen food (bean sprout, tofu, fruit, vegetable) at the front where the cool air comes out, they might freeze.
② If you store watery and easily frozen food (bean sprout, tofu, fruit, vegetable) at therefreshment drawer, they can freeze.
3. Check surrounding
① If it is installed in a too cold place, it may freeze the food regardless of the ref. temperature you have set.
How to fix
1. Adjust Temp.
① Increase the temperature a little bit higher.

2. Check Ref.
① You are suggested to store watery and easily frozen food (bean sprout, tofu, fruit, vegetable) at the lower shelf or inside the vegetable drawer, and keep them away from the cool air vent.
Especially for eggs, they might be broken if frozen, so put them in the bottle holder or egg tray.
② Refreshment drawer maintains lower temperature compared to the refrigeratorand it is a storage for meat and fish. Do not put easily frozen food here.
3. Check surrounding
① Ambient temperature must be between 5℃ ~ 35℃.
