I found an oil spot below the drain pipe in the outdoor unit.
Cause
1. If you see oil drips after relocating your product, lubricant which helps refrigerant flow has spilled.
2.Please wipe away oil spills. If it does not leak any more, it is safe to use the product.
How to fix
1. Lubricant can spill from pipe joints when the product is moved.
2. As the lubricant is non-flammable, please be assured that it is safe to use the product.
If the oil leak continues, call a service center for technical assistance.
