Responsibility:
- To set a global Environment, Health & Safety system, policy & procedures and implement best practices throughout the organization;
- Control implementation of the Environment, Health & Safety policy and procedures across Company;
- Develop and implement strategy for promoting ESH Standard across the organization; develop an action plan; coordinate training process
- Identify problems related to Environment; propose ways of improvement, as well as introduce and monitor preventive and corrective actions;
- Ensure awareness of hidden costs at all levels of the organization, due to non-compliance with the EHS standard; propose and implement cost-reduction actions;
- Coordinate the ESH organization at the global level, including all EHS-associated groups at the manufacturing plants and in the service companies
Requirements:
- University Degree, BA or MA in Ecology, Science
- Environment and safety background; hands-on experience in Health&Safety system implementation in manufacturing sector
- Work experience in an international company at least 5 years
- Work experience in manufacturing sector – 5 years
- Management experience – at least 2 years
- Fluent English
