Supply Chain Planning Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Manage planning process in line with Supply Chain Management Department strategy and vision so as to achieve the high customer service level at optimal cost.
2. Follow, review, develop, approve and implement policies and procedures which lead to optimization of planning process, reduction of stock value, increase of stock turn over ratio, make decision undertaking process in the own area of responsibility accurate and efficient.
3. Provide opportunities for personnel development, through continuous knowledge and expertise sharing within the department, with co-operational departments, within the unit and outside the unit, when necessary, through professional training’s.
4. Being the main “Business Owner” of Supply planning process, support, encourage and provide valuable input for new projects that expand planning capabilities and efficiency of the business as a whole, and Supply Chain Management Department in particular.
5. Provide input and support other projects that bring value to the business.
6. Maintain and develop effective and efficient communication within department and with co-operational departments, divisions and business units. Optimize and manage communicational interfaces by time, and cost effective manner.
7. Initiate, develop, support and approve projects that increase efficiency of planning group and information shearing with related departments.
8. Guarantee overall integrity of supply planning process and policies with other unit’s policies and procedures (S&OP, S&F, Risk Management, etc.). Foresee, identify and eliminate discrepancies in business integrity.
9. Take a proactive part and responsibility for the high caliber and business development potential associates’ recruitment.
Requirements:
1. English-fluent level.
2. University degree, (in technical or mathematical spheres) additional business education in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
3. Good understanding of sales, production, SC and distribution functions.
4. Ability to quickly gain credibility with colleagues and external contacts.
5. Influencing and communication skills.
6. Minimal 5 years of relevant work experience in International companies in Planning positions;
7. 2+ years plus experience of managing people and organizations;
8. Multi-plant, multi-unit and/or multi-discipline experience.
9. Strong business awareness;
10. High integrity and transparency when dealing with Supply Chain processes – perceived as professional, fair and challenging;
11. Hands-on management style.
12. Vendor and Clients management and/or contract management experience is required;
13. Cross departmental character of the role, key to a successful performance in this role is the ability to understand the dynamics of the various departments will be in contact with (Sales, Marketing, Planning, Logistics, Finance) as well as all relevant functionalities at the company in Moscow.
14. With functional leaders, peers and subordinates at Global, CIS and National level.
15. With external partners both customers and suppliers.
16. With Governmental, Commercial alliances members.
Conditions:
1. Based in Moscow office, spend up to 50% of the working time in production plant in Ruza, facilities of Key Distributors.
2. Annual bonus depending on the achievements of the company and individual KPI
