What is Voice care?

This function provides voice guidance for phone operations in an unexpected situation.

You can use the function when the screen cannot be touched or the display is lost after the phone is damaged.
You must agree to location-based information use and personal information collection to use Voice Care. 


Using Voice Care


1. Press and hold the Power button.
Press and hold the Power button. The Voice Care function is automatically run after 10 seconds if you do not touch the screen.


2. Voice Care begins the diagnosis of the phone problem when it is run. Answer 'Yes' or 'No' to each question

3. The voice guidance specific to the symptom begins when the diagnosis of the phone problem is completed.

To cancel auto-launch of Voice Care


Tap the Settings icon of the Voice Care screen to cancel auto-launch of Voice Care.

The Voice Care function is no longer enabled if you uncheck 'I agree to use Voice Care.'



Voice activation


You can activate essential functions to use the phone with voice.

The supported functions include dialing, listening to new messages, answering calls and finding the nearest service center.
