Problem diagnostics, back-up and connect to customer center features have been added.
When Voice Care is first started, user responses to prompts asking what problems are there on the screen are used to diagnose the current state of your phone. Depending on the results of the diagnosis, you will be informed by voice of the phone features you can use.
Connect to Customer Center
Select Connect to Customer Center in Voice Care to connect to a phone care expert.
This new feature lets you back up phone data to your SD card using your voice. Backing up media data or other large data to your SD card may take a long time. If possible, please back up by connecting to your PC.
