We are seeking a “Technical Support Engineer” with the following qualifications and the job description;



  • BS degree on electrical engineering from a reputable university

  • 3-5 years of similar experience

  • Fluency in both written and verbal English

  • Strong communication skills

  • Initiative taking, leading/developing self and others

  • Negotiation and consensus building skills

  • Training Skills 

  • Presentation Skills

  • Military obligation must be completed 






Job Description:



  • Field Failure Rate monitoring, Data analysis

  • Follow up & Report Field quality issues

  • KPI improvement

  • Providing technical support for TV product group

  • Preparing and developing training materials

  • Training new and existing ASCs and CIC agents

  • Improve ASC repair quality and performance

  • Internal Quality Control

  • Follow up and solve consumer related issues
