Wi Fi stopped working
Hi, I bought this as the features on this product were great, just what I wanted. The Wi Fi worked for the first two weeks then stopped, I took it back to store and they sent it of to LG, LG told the store no fault was found, when it returned to store I demanded they check it out and within minutes they found that it didn't work, also the screen also was freezing. I looked at reviews for this product and thousands found the same issue and also that LG said they could not find the problem. I had to demand a refund as I didn't want the product as it was unfit for purpose. I do think LG should investigate this fully as its a common problem and not a problem with many customers router ect. Shame as I was really enjoying this when it was working and also my TV is LG and want to have the same makers for my surround sound/blu ray so it all matches, but not sure what to do now, risk it again or go to a company with better after care. please take a look at the reviews from different sites and they all state the same fault.
I'm unhappy as I'm stuck in limbo of what to do now.
If LG found the issue and repaired it this review would now be different.

As with all BluRay players, a little slow to boot up in comparison to your normal DVD experience, but well worth the wait. There are many features included in the product, but love the design quality of the remote & sensor buttons on the machine itself. Now all I need is to be able to get that remote away from the wife & her RomComs...
