Poor settings control and non-existent support
This device is not suitable as the only pointing device: it is uncomfortable and access to the 2 side buttons is needed during scanning, it is very difficult. There does not seem to be a setting for B & W scanning to achieve a smaller eventual file size. By the way, don't rely on the 'feedback invitation' to solve your queries - they simply ignore calls for help. It might be useful for bound collections of music where damage might result from the flatbed limitations but again, without a B & W with a good threshold setting - the colour output will be of significant size due to the inevitable discolouration through age.

stil cannot get this scanner to work
I bought this scanner with hi hopes and it came with
a lot of good reviews, I even saw it on a shopping channel and it looked a doddle, it seemed to work with everything on everything that was thrown at it, it looked perfect for what I wanted, but I still cannot get it work
On my Toshiba L655 satellite running windows 7 with i3
Processor, it come up with error code 5003, have tried every thing
