excellent value for money and great support Was given this a a present. Very easy to use when you get the hang of it. great screen quality and very fast to react to finger movements. It is the best phone I have had regarding phone reception. The battery life seems to be excellent too. The handset is very slim and feels a bit slippery to hold. Some sort of grip round the edges would have been helpful I was doing something wrong and the phone line customer support could not have been more helpful. The downloadable manual is very helpful and worth a read. I found that the brightness and timeout would revert to factory settings on their own if the sim card was not inserted in the phone. 12 October 2013
Very satisfied so far. If you are a person who looks for a smartphone, or come from Galaxy Mini 2 or such type phone and want something slightly better, this is the perfect transition for you. I'm coming from a Galaxy Mini 2, and I wanted a slimmer body, bigger, sharper and more beautiful display, with better camera +LED flash and newer OS with better performances and bigger battery all of this at a cheap price, and this is PERFECT. For my usage, browsing, media, facebook and taking notes at my college, this is the perfect phone for me, I've looked for 2 days and I couldn't find something better, even at slightly higher prices. So far I'm very satisfied and all I'm worried about is that its quite slippery for my taste and I don't want to question its durability at impacts so I will better go case it. I gave this phone 5 stars just cause of the price that I bought it at. 01 October 2013
great all rounder!! Well put together with a very good display, quick browsing, excellent call quality, good enough camera. Bought for my wife, who's a bit of a technophobe ...she loves it!! 21 June 2013
Overall a nice phone, but has Wi-Fi issues I've recently purchased the L5ii from O2 and have loved everything about it except the issues I'm having with Wi-Fi. I'm sure it's just one update from being fixed, but my phone seems to drop the Wi-Fi signal at random times. I have to either turn off and turn on Wi-Fi to get it to work again, or restart the phone itself. Hoping there is a download that can fix this issue soon. Everything else about this phone is great. It was an easy transition from my HTC and much more affordable than most other Smart Phones out there! 20 June 2013
