This was a great little phone bursting with features, and although I'd recommend it, I was let down by it after a year and a half when the touch screen failed. Maybe I was just unlucky and this is a rare problem, only LG can answer that.

Nice mobile, except for automated answering servic
This is a robust phone with good features. My only problem has been with automated answering services - the phone locks once dialing starts and the display switches off shortly afterwards. If you are not expected an automated reply you can't press 1 (or whatever option you want) because the option to unlock is no longer there. The only thing to do is stop the call and try again, this time making sure you unlock once dialing starts.

Great for first mobile - teeneagers
I bought this from a store approaching 2 years ago in August. I am still learning new things about it. I have transfered all my data recently on to the computer after a bit of a truggle at first, it took me about 5 ours to figure out and I am usually know alot about gadgets
The biggest plus is that it hasn't broken and I drop my phone at least twice a day since I got it. If I wanted to transfer to a different phone I doubt I will have it very long as the other screens are usually quite fragile and break.
It also has a long battery life if you don't text all the time.
The only disappointment is that the phone won't break so I can get a new one! I'm not being greedy, but it is starting to look a bit tired, probably because of the poor care I have paid towards it.
The internet is poor on here. It takes 2 minutes to load sometimes.
