Rated 2.8 out of 5 by 34 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by i like the touch screen but i have found using your nail is better and more precise. after a while of having this phone i found it started to become slower and froze alot, this became more frequent. but otherwise this phone is very good. i have sent it off back to vodafone to get repaired, fingers crossed it comes back better. the phone is easy to use with clear menus so you know where you are going . the camera is also very good 05 July 2010
Rated 1 out of 5 by Worst mobile device ever experienced This LG device has, in my opinion, virtually nothing to recommend it. I kept it for 8 days and tried my best to come to terms with it before returning it to Vodafone. There was nothing intuitive about it and almost every function seemed to require the use of the supplied pointing thing (something easy to lose). I now have an HTC Legend and by comparison - well let's put it another way: there is absolutely no comparison and I have the HTC for the same contract price. The HTC is everything that the LG is not. It is intuitive; fun to use; has squillions of apps available; has no show-stopping irritations; is as good as (if not better than the I-phone - 2 year warranty and cheaper). So be warned - there are very much better devices available than the LG un-smart phone! 31 May 2010
Rated 3 out of 5 by Poor customer support This phone has something unique about the charger. Anything other than an LG charger goes pop. I had to get Vodafone to send me a complete phone to get a spare charger. Even car adaptors don't work. LG customer support wasn't able to help as they farm their spare parts out to another company and they don't sell genuine LG spares! 21 May 2010
Rated 5 out of 5 by Missunderstood phone I have had the phone for 6 months. I wasn't impressed at first, but now i have worked my way round it, its excellent. It's better using the windows side for contacts etc rather than the LG side. I had problems with the touch screen until I discovered using your nails rather than finger is better. Now it glides from function to function and when panning! Syncs well with exchange and googlemail. 20 May 2010
