Berkshire, April 9, 2009 - LG Electronics (LG), a global leader and technology innovator in mobile communications, today announces that the LG Cookie range (LG-KP500 and LG KP501*) has recorded over 2 million unit sales worldwide since its debut in October 2008.
LG Cookie was designed to bring an affordable touchscreen experience to the masses, yet still packing in all the multimedia features consumers expect in premium touchscreen handsets. More than 1.2 million consumers have had a taste of LG Cookie in Europe, 600,000 Cookies have been sold in Asia and emerging markets, including Latin America.
