Important Notes

• To install software or software updates for your {null}, you must use the LG Mobile Phone Software Update Tool, which requires a computer running Windows 2000 (SP4 or later), XP (SP1 or SP2), or Vista with 1GHz or higher Pentium-compatible processor, at least 256MB of RAM (memory), and a high-speed internet connection.

• Although the software upgrade program is not designed to delete your user information, we recommend using PC Sync program to back up the data on your phone before upgrading.

• Your phone cannot be used to call, receive calls, or send and receive messages while the software is being upgraded.

• Do not disconnect the USB cable until the upgrade is complete. Disconnecting the USB cable or interrupting the upgrade process before it complete may render your phone unusable.

• The handset will be automatically reset during the upgrade process.

• The process should take 10-30 minutes.

Instructions

1. Download the drivers or software to your computer using the LG Mobile Phone Software Update Tool.

2. Fully charge your phone’s battery.

3. Close the LG Mobile Phone Software Update Tool and all other applications on your phone.

4. Remove the phone’s SD card.

5. Insert the charged battery into your phone.

6. Connect your phone to your computer with the LG USB data cable, start the upgrade software, and select "Start Upgrading."
