I have a 2013 LG Smart TV model, and my Premium applications are missing what can I do?

I own a 2013 LG smart TV and my premium applications are missing

 

 

Cause Cause

On LG Smart devices the Premium applications have to be initialised on initial setup and may again be required after a

new software update or a factory reset

 

 

How to Fix  How to Fix

To initialise the premium apps on a 2013 model please do the following steps.


• On main remote control press the settings button
• And scroll down to the support icon
• Select “Problem after update”
• Onscreen will prompt you to select “OK”
• The unit will then turn off and back on
• Now navigate to smart screen by pressing smart button and then  select premium
• Premium applcation should now show and be active


 

Premium  applications still not showing on my premium section after  “Problem after update”

• On main remote control press the settings button
• Scroll down to support icon
• Select software update
• Current version will be displayed
• Select “Check update version”
• Unit will download new update
• Unit will then turn off and on
• Now press smart button
• Navigate to premium
• Select the premium application
