how to prevent How to Prevent

It is highly recommended not to display non-moving images for a prolonged amount of  time (No more than two hours).

Using the aspect ratio of 4:3 for a prolonged time can also cause screen burn-in around the boundaries.

This phenomenon will occur on any display type, including from other brands and not restricted to LG products.

Note. Screen-Burn is not covered by the manufactures warranty and can not be repaired without replacing the screen itself.
