When I have less than 5% battery, why does the brightness change to 0%?

 

Symptom Symptom

    ■  When my phone's battery reaches less than 5%, my  brightness becomes 0%

Cause Cause

          
              ■  When your phone's battery is less than 5%, the remaining battery is consumed faster

                   by higher levels of brightness. As such, your phone brightness is automatically adjusted

                   to 0% when remaining battery is less than 5% to enhance battery efficiency.

 

how to fix How to fix

          

             ■ Please be assured that this is a normal feature as opposed to a fault, which was introduced

                for Optimus G and later models
               (You will find that other manufacturers also have similar features)
