An 'UE' error indicates an imbalance in the machine

 How to Fix

• Ensure the machine is level and is on a solid floor (concrete or tiles, not wood or laminate) and ensure the feet are adjusted correctly as per the installation instruction supplied with your machine.
•   Best practice for loading is to ensure that you fully load the machine and leave only a 4 - 5 inch (10 - 12cm) gap from the top of the metal drum.
• Try not to mix heavy and light items in the same wash - To minimise imbalance errors wash heavy and light materials in two seperate washes.

If you find the machine sticking in a service wash, that is with nothing inside, then you may need an engineers visit.
