No power. What can I try?
If there is no visible sign of power then please try the following basic troublehooting steps
- If you have just installed the unit please check your electrical house circuit breaker.
- Try unplugging the unit for 10 seconds and plug in again. After that, turn on the unit.
- Try a small appliance in the same socket and if this works, please contact LG customer service here: http://www.lg.com/uk/support/contact/chat-email
- If the small appliance does not work, it indicates that the there is no electricity supply via that mains socket check your RCD for a tripped switch and reset if necessary
