The compressor is running, but the refrigerator is not cooling. Is it a gas leak?

Symptom Symptom

A smell of gas coming from the refrigerator.

Reason Cause

Firstly, if the gas smell disappears shortly, check if it's from another product.

If the compressor is running but the refrigerator is not cool inside, this could be a sign of a gas leak.

If so, the product cannot be used for more than a few days for cooling and freezing, although it may differ.

(If it is running fine, then it may not be a gas leak.)
