     Why does a tone sound when a button is pressed?

           

Detailed Answer

      The tone sounds to indicate that a setting has been entered. This will help to identify if a button

       that was meant to be pressed, was or was not pressed. This will help to make certain that all

       information is entered properly. Some models have the ability to turn the tone off. Refer to the

       Owners Manual for instructions.
