I accepted the latest software update and now my Smart TV won’t let me use YouTube and Netflix. Why?

Cause Cause

Agreeing to LG’s Smart TV Privacy Policy is needed for certain third-party apps that are built into the Smart TV. That’s because operating those apps, such as Netflix and YouTube, requires a limited amount of information to be transmitted from the Smart TV, including information reflecting that the app has been launched. Unless you’ve authorized those transmissions by agreeing to the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, therefore, those apps won’t function properly.
