It has come to our attention that some of our customers are experiencing issues with their 2012 range Smart TVs after performing the latest software update.
UPDATE: Our software engineers have now resolved the problem regarding the recent firmware update. If you are still suffereing from freezing or loading issues when trying to access SMART or other areas of your TV then please follow the below instructions:
1) Turn off your LG TV, wait for about 5 minutes and then turn back on. This should now resolve the issue
2) If that did not work then you will need to do the following:- Press MENU button with the normal remote (Not magic remote)- Go to support- Go to 'Initialization of Premium- Select Initialization of Premium and you TV should reboot.
Once your TV has booted back on, you should find the issue resolved.
