If you are a nerd-knowledgeable type you will be ok. Don't buy it if you need any operational help-- there is nothing. I have the Verizon version and they offer no help at all when trying to get a question answered. The LG library is poorly done and no help. The price is great but the help is a very large ZERO.

It's a great device. The screen is superb and full HD for watching videos is brilliant. Fast enough to play lots of games like Asphalt 8.
I like the size of the 8.3. I felt the 7 was a tad small for my needs, like reading mags, videos etc, but not too big like the 10.1 inch boys.
The irce has dropped £50 to £200 since I got mine, so it's better value now then when I bought it, but I wanted full HD, not the nearly HD screens, Slim too.
Overall very pleased. Better than my kids Samsung 7" tanlets by a country mile.

I have just purchased this tablet as I my Tab 2 10.1 was to big and this was better spec than the tab 2 8
So far impressed with the build quality feels solid it is a lot faster than my tab on internet as others have said screen seem dim if on auto and not quite as bright but text and colours sharper
will update as weeks progress
I like the idea that you can delete Apps if not used
I do hope that LG will support and update this unit as it is a excellent tablet but not stocked by major retailers and can not be seen on display which limits its customer base
Something that LG need to push as sales would increase

Great screen & light
I think they have the form factor right with 8.3 inch screen very light but feels solid and can easily use with one hand. Screen is bright and sharp. Battery not lasting as long as my previous fruit flavoured tablet, but much cheaper plus has an SD card slot. Overall very pleased with my purchase.
