Good but very slow on the 'Smart side'
Very good Picture ,sound, and 3d but very slow on 'Smart internet' use(constant buffering on U tube and internet video play. Have to wait ages for things to load..you have to manually switch input's..I have 30 Mb with virgin.tested speeds with Lan cable and wireless..no good reason why it's so slow on smart. Tests: 28.9 with Lan..Dropped to 17.8 with wireless

Very good TV overall
We upgraded to this TV from a 42" LG LED.
The picture needs some adjusting from the factory settings, I'm still not convinced we have the settings exactly right but the picture is very clear and sharp.
The 3D functionality is good, but could be better. There is a bit of a judder or blur when the screen moves, I'm not very technical but think this is to do with the hz? It's still very good and watcheable but you do see the blur, especially when watching football.
The smart features are brilliant! I love being able to stream movies straight to the TV from Blinkbox, Acetrax etc. and the free credit we got when we bought the TV was a very nice added touch.
The sound is awesome. We have a Sony surround sound stand but haven't used it since we bought this TV as we think that the sound from the TV is good enough on it's own.
The TV looks stunning, the stand is very modern and because there is only a very small bezel around the screen, it doesn't look too big in our medium sized room.
We chose this TV over a Samsung because we've had LG TV's for years and never experienced any issues at all with them.
Overall, I like this TV very much. The 3D element could be improved but I'm probably just been picky. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a 3D TV. I wear glasses and don't like the active 3D as I think it strains my eyes. I've watched 3D lots on this TV and haven't noticed any strain with it, so the passive 3D suits me a lot better than active.

Well made fantastic picture amazing 3D
After viewing a lot of tv's with 3d active, I was put off due to bad headaches sore eyes and heavy glasses and not to mention the price of them or the fact they have to be charged and also having kids that never put things away or ever recharging things.
After all of this I came across the lg on display not really knowing much about lg I tried the passive ( non electronic )glasses on, WOW what can I say amazed no strained eyes no headaches and I was blown away with the 3D.
Being a fussy customer I looked over the tv very well made, and blown away with standard picture HD is amazing.
The smart tv function looks good lots to choose from if your a film fan etc, streaming is fantastic with the built in wifi and easy connection to your wireless router.
Lots of connections for hdmi leads including a scart.
Unfortunately I'm on my 4th tv due to a reoccurring problem which the tv switches itself off then back on, this hasn't put me off due to being such a good tv, and I probably just been unlucky with a bad batch..
don't let this put off as i would rather tell the truth and I still would highly recommended this tv compared to other well known makes.

Excellent range of features. Good quality picture
It's got all the features that I could want.
The sound is limited to a fairly standard level when using HDMI connection (so can't be set to a loud level#
The AV1 socket #SCART) is fragile
