My circuit is a 20A/250V. Unfortunately, the unit I purchased is a 15A. There seems to be no way to tell before you open it and read the directions.

If this unit does not meet this specification, which LG wall units do?

Answer:
This LG 9,800 BTU Thru-the-Wall Air Conditioner with remote, Model # LT1013CNR is rated at 115V, 10.2A so it would need to be plugged into a standard 2-Pole, 3-wire grounding receptacle rated 15A, 125VAC. The power requirements should be on the carton that the unit is shipped in but you can always look them up under the product's specifications on the LG Site and on most of the retailer's sites where the product is featured...^IFV
