Can the lw2416hr be intalled as a through the wall ac
As a window air conditioner, the LG 24500 BTU Window Air Conditioner, Model # LW2416HR requires either a standard single-hung or double-hung window for proper installation. The louvers in the sides of the cabinet cannot be covered up or obstructed in any way. Installations including using a wall sleeve, holes in walls or any other non-window installation are not recommended...^IFV

The LG 23000 BTU Window Air Conditioner, Cooling & Heating, Model # LW1416HR is designed for window installation only and as such, it requires a standard single-hung or double-hung window for proper installation. Can this product be paired with an external third party thermostat? Specifically, a Nest thermostat.

Just bought a LG 23,000 BTU heat & air unit. Turned on heat but is not heating. How do I fix this?

My question is: where is the control to bring in fresh air? The specs. say it does do this. Is it continuously bringing in fresh air and not switchable?
The VENTILATION LEVER is a plastic stick which protrudes through the front grille of the air conditioner. This level must be pulled out to provide fresh air. Pressing the lever back in will close the vent. This information is located on page 18 of your owner’s manual.
