Convection ovens employ the use of a fan to circulate air more evenly throughout the oven, thereby eliminating “hot spots” so food cooks better, more evenly, and at a lower temperature than a conventional oven. LG’s exclusive convection system takes convection technology a step further by employing strategically placed convection inlets and outlets to ensure far more even heat distribution and faster pre-heat times.
