Unable to play Blu Ray Discs created with Nero

Answer:
I listed the wrong model number. The unit is the 550. The media that was used and has worked perfectly with my 630 model are Maxell. The manual indicates that ACHD are supported. Hve tried UDF format and several others no luck.

What does the latest firmware fix.

I am limited in access as the unit is located in New York.

This player will not recognize these DVD audio only discs, the player will shut off after 20 seconds when I try to play these audio-only DVDs that have both a 5.1 dolby digital track, and a 5.1 DTS track on them.
