I've had my replacement for about 6 weeks. Now "everyone" that I speak to tell me they can't hear me (a bad mic). I paid too much for my HBS1100 to have these issues.

Design is not good if you have a beard, catches hair between the pieces. Liked the smooth molded one-piece design much better on older models.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Band comes apart/poor craftsmanship I bought a set not even a year ago and already the band is coming apart. I have to keep snapping them back together. Never had this problem out of older models. Plus sound cuts out if I'm even 20ft away. Never had this problem out of older models.

If I put my phone in my back pocket I run into connection issues and choppy sound when I stream audio. Seems odd since if I set it on a table I can get a decent distance from it including walking outside with out issue through an exterior wall.

how do you change the ear buds and or take them off to clear. what is best to clean them with. The manual does not show this.

We appreciate your interest in this Bluetooth Headset. The ear gels are manually affixed to the ear buds. The ear gels can simply be pulled off, and replaced by the other gels included with the device. Never allow moisture or cleaners to come in contact with the ear buds themselves. My right earbud has a shortage in them and I don't have my receipt anymore is there anyway I can send them in to see if they are repairable. I love them so I told my sister to buy them now her left earbud is out is this a recall issue

Hello! I have an lg tone platinum hbs 1100 And the sound by the bluetooth is not good. I HAD a huawai p8 lite with bluetooth 4.0, and it was perfect. But now, I HAVE the same device (brand new one) with bluetooth 4.0 as well, but I lost sound quality.
