Rated 5 out of 5 by from A trustful product Neckband LG tone hbs 900 series model for today has been fantastic to some preferential customers, now this last platinum I consider is a trustful product and provides all in one to me because in construction, style design, A little bit in features, no (bt) conection problem pairings, the sound eq. quality is tremendous but I think it can be better considering if introduces too more power boost decibels increasing the amplifier to reach at least 105 mW or 105 dB. Platinum systems seems is the deluxe prototype of the tones. Good ideas to LG engineering.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Headset The more LG products I use, the more I realize how high quality LG products are. I purchased this headset about a month ago looking for the best wireless headset for working out and long period use at work. The T-Mobile rep immediately pointed me towards the LG headset which he stated was the best but I also noticed that every employee in the store were wearing them. I have to say this headset did not disappoint at all. I absolutely love them. Sound quality is great and I love that they are sweat/water resistant. The retractable ear piece makes easy to wear the head under my collar at work also!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Kinda like it This is my second Bluetooth headset by LG! The first was my HBS-730's that were awesome minus the plastic easy to break cord holders. But this pair I was so anxious for and im not overly joyed with them. The retractable cord is awesome but feels thin and cheap and don't have facial hair because it rips and pulls at it and causes pain. But my biggest problem is the battery life. I charge them and then within the day or early the next day they are either medium battery or please charge and I don't even leave them on. I have a service repair for them and will see if its a battery issue. I hope so, but if they let me try another product I would live the ones with the external speakers.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Head phone set Well I am actually going to do a comparison review since I happen to have 3 different models of the LG head set. I am doing this in order that I got them First I bought the 8100 black in the store at Best Buy, and mainly bought these cause of price was less for this set than the other models. This was the first pair I bought. It has awesome sound and works great for both music and voice. Does appear that the mic does pick up a lot of noise. I would be talking to my wife from the grocery store and she would kids or people screaming/talking that were not anywhere close to me. But I also used them for work and talked with them all day and never had any problems with people hearing me. Problem I had with them is that after a while I was unable to hear anything on one side. I sent them off and LG promptly replaced or repaired them. I later learned the problem with was most likely ear wax. I haven't found the proper way to do it but have realized you do need to clean them periodically. Anyway the 8100 is a great set of headphones. The earbuds are retractable You just give them a little tug and they retract. Never had a problem with them retracting. Next I bought the 1100 Platinum (That wasn't an option to do my review on) from Amazon. I spent time and read a lot of review on the 8100, 9100, and 1100 and took in to consideration of my own experience with the 8100. I do love the sound and feel of the 1100. I have been very disappointed in the mic on them. The 1100 version which is the most expensive model is the only version that I have had problems with people hearing me. I tried using for them for work but continued to be told they could not hear me. I was able to hear them just fine. I finally through them down and put my 8100s on and all was good. This is also the only model that I have a problem with it pulling my beard. Some how little hairs on my beard get caught in the lines of where the head set seals together, these are in a different position on the other models. This model has a push button to retract the earbuds. This is pretty cool but they don't always work all the way and you have to pull them back out and push button again to get them to retract all the way. Lastly I got the 9100 Rose. I basically got these for free. The company I worked for, HPE gave awards bucks and you could go out to their online mall and order all kinds of these and this were right in the range to use up the bucks I had left over before I left the company. I got the Rose color basically cause it was the only color option they had. :) Turns out these are my favorite pair to work with. They have good sound, have not had any issues with the sound or mic and as all 3 are they are comfortable to wear. All 3 are well designed and sit comfortably around your neck. I forget I am wearing them a lot of the time. Ok so bottom line, to me the 9100 is the best overall set. I use them daily for work because of the mic issue with the 1100. I wear the 1100 out and abought for listening to music because they do have a bit better sound quality than the others, and I keep the 8100 around for a backup. They have great battery life, where I can use for talking on the phone for a couple of days before they need to be charged. Only issue is with that the power monitor only gives you a High, Medium, or Low gauge and not a percentage number which would be a better gauge. There is an app for you phone to go with these that can do several different things but my favorite feature is that when you get a text message it reads it to you so you don't have to take your eyes off the road to read it. It would be nice if you could use to respond to it with voice to text, Maybe in the next version of software you can do that. I am only giving it and overall rating of 4 because of the mic issues with the 1100 and it pulling my beard. Sorry for the length of my review, probably the longest one I ever wrote. :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thanks LG! I have owned LG Tone Plus, Tone Pro, Platinum. Platinums with LG G5 and LG G Watch R and 2 LG Smart 3D TVs and I'm 100% happy. Few issues with older devices but bugs worked out. Headphones are crystal clear and stay in my ears and connect to G5 pretty much instantly after unplugging from charger. Can walk off far, around corners, outside my house a little lol weird but they are great and worth the money to me. And they are really fresh looking.

My hbs-1100 in silver after 11 month is most provably broken and i need an underwarranty replacement. it was purchased in the usa. I am now in Poland they don't even have such product. Its. o longer possible to use. Can you provide me a replacement?

Can I buy the rubber earbud covers

We appreciate your interest in this Bluetooth Headset. According to the owner’s manual, additional ear gels were provided with the headset. This device comes with a MEDIUM set of ear gels attached to the ear buds. A set of SMALL ear gels and a set of LARGE ear gels should also have been included in the package. I apologize, but no; while this model can connect to multiple devices, such as a phone and a computer (according to information on page 5 of the User’s Guide), this model does not appear to have the multi-point connection function required to allow connection to multiple mobile phones.

How to switch to English in talk back.. Says to go to advance settings on app but there is no advance settings on app.. It is in a different language when I'm trying to hear my text messages talking to me
