Rated 3 out of 5 by from Excellent audio quality on music only. Everyone that I speak to they tell me they can't hear me (a bad mic). Loses connectivity with phone in my hand. Plus sound cuts out if I'm even 15ft away. The only good think on it is the quality sound it’s great while listening music.

I've had my replacement for about 6 weeks. Now "everyone" that I speak to tell me they can't hear me (a bad mic). I paid too much for my HBS1100 to have these issues.

Design is not good if you have a beard, catches hair between the pieces. Liked the smooth molded one-piece design much better on older models.

What is the LG tag sticker for?

According to page 5 of the User’s Guide, place the tag of the NFC card to the NFC antenna area of the device to which the headset should be connected. This allows connection between the phone and headset without having to utilize the Bluetooth pairing functions.

How do I fix the problem of no one hearing me but I hear them perfectly?

We regret the inconvenience you have experienced with this Bluetooth Headset. The description you have provided suggests that the MUTE feature may be active. Simultaneously slide and hold the VOLUME jog switch in the VOLUME UP direction, and slide the PREVIOUS/NEXT jog switch to the << position for a full second. This process will either activate or deactivate the MUTE function, as shown on page 7 of the User’s Guide. If this does not resolve the matter, then the headset may require service. Please contact our Wireless Customer Interactive Center at 800-793-8896.

We appreciate your interest in this Bluetooth Headset. The NFC Tag can be placed near the antenna of a cell phone. However, before this is done, be certain that the phone supports Near Field Communications (NFC). Instructions on using this feature can be found on page 5 of your User’s Guide.
