I recently upgraded to the LG Tone Active's because I'm very active & enjoy the retractable ear buds feature! Overall this headset is a great investment at a great price!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Would be 5-stars Received as a gift from my in-laws for Christmas. Didn't begin using until 01/07/2016, and as of 01/25/2016 they are broken. Last night I was using them, took them out to speak with a co-worker, and when I replace them in my ear they were so quiet, I had to max the volume on the headset and device in order to have barely average volume. Prior to that I was quite impressed with the sound quality for ear buds. I had sworn them off after my first experience, some years ago, and had always preferred a large cup headset, but because these were a gift and I was working a job that required a lot of movement, I didn't want a cord to get tangled or to short out, and so I figured they were worth a try. And was I amazed at how great they sounded once seated properly into my ear. But two-weeks operation time is quite a joke and then to require me to badger the gift-giver to find a proof of purchase/order-number/receipt, on a gift likely bought months ago, really is frustrating. What's the point of the serial number? Shouldn't that tell you manufacture date, ship date, destination etc? In any event this1-star review should have been a 5-star but for the fault and terrible policy, it is being bumped down accordingly. If things are made right in a quick fashion I would easily bump it back up. Ball is in your court LG.

One side of my  Bluetooth works and I can talk through it. But I can't hear anything out of the other one. What can I do to replace it. I  purchase it in March  2015

Everyone i've called says I sound like im on a tunnel when I use these headphones . How can I fix this issue?

I've had this headset for a few months and never had any problems with it, until yesterday. It stopped working while I was welding. Is it possible for an electromagnetic pulse to be the cause this? The led light doesn't even turn on when plugged in.

For some reason i am no longer able to control my music with the buttons on my headset. It will fast foeard and rewind, but won't change tracks, start or stop the songs.
