Little to no bass response when listening to music. But worse yet, the stupid thing randomly disconnects from my iPhone, and regularly shuts off. This has occurred even when I was using it during a phone conversation. BB is no longer offering GS protection on them and I can understand why. LG, you can do better.

All have had the same issue: one earphone stops working, person I'm talking to has trouble hearing me. This pair was the worst! The R earphone stopped working after 1 month! Only 1 month! I love that the headphone vibrates to let me know I have a call and reads my text messages, but I will not be wasting my money on another one.

Briefly press the Play/Pause button twice. The equalizer mode changes with a beeping sound in the following order: Bass Boost (default) > Normal > Treble Boost. ^AC
