Now I have to take it back again for an exchange. There is nothing wrong with my cell phone. Whenever I use the bluetooth I am being told that I am breaking up or the static starts. It only does this with the device. It never happens in my car or when I'm on my phone. Whatever is wrong with this model needs to be resolved.

I tried going online to submit my replacement and this product number isn't even a product listed on their site. Now I have to wait another month before i can get a replacement because i had to do everything manually over the phone. The representative was very helpful, its the process that takes along time to do.

When the volume on my phone is all the way up, the music isn't as loud as it should be. Its really low and cant figure out how to make it louder. How can I fix that?

Why does this headset not speak my contact names when receiving a call on Android? It does on my simple Samsung Convoy flip phone. And I know my Android has Bluetooth profile for reading contacts.

The right side of the headphones are quieter than the left, how do I fix this? I exchanged them thinking something was wrong with them but this new pair does the same exact thing.

If I understand you are having a hard time pairing your Bluetooth turn off the Bluetooth then hold the call button don't let go then turn the power switch on. It worked for me hope this helps
