Rated 5 out of 5 by from A pleasant surprise I had been eyeing a more expensive model. I walked into a major chain store and went over to the clearance racks, as is my custom. To my suprise I saw these at half off (in a special holiday package... Left from xmas) I figured I could loose and I won. After reading the instructions and charging for 24 hours, I connected with no trouble to my phone and the sound is lovely. It is obviously tuned to the frequency range of the human voice... What I expected. It's not a bass monster, nor is it treble heavy. I simply went to the equalizer feature of the Android music program that I use and hit the preset for boosting bass and trebl. They are just wonderful.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste of money I had a pair of LG HBS 750 and worked great and lasted all day no problem. I bought the HBS 800 and they're terrible. I get maybe 4 hours battery life if I only use them briefly. If I go to the gym they won't even last 2 hours with constant music. They frequently disconnect while talking and then stay on "pairing" mode until you turn off and on again to connect. I've only had them 3 weeks...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible Range I live in a condo that is about 1000 sq feet. I cannot have my phone charging in the living room and go into my bedroom without losing connection. I cannot walk outside to the porch right out the front door and get connection either. I've never had a headset with such awful range. I am very disappointed as I like the concept and don't lose these like the ear ones. Just wished they worked better.

Why does my head phones cut in and out

I have a Lg Stylo phone and every time I try to Bluetooth it to my Lg HBS 800 it says its not available try again later. What do I need to do to pair the two?

I have charged my Bluetooth headset and it only stays charged for 3-4 hours. Why is it only staying charged for a short amount of time?

The internal battery in the LG TONE ULTRA™ Wireless Stereo Headset, Model # HBS-800 like any other lithium ion battery or similar type of rechargeable battery has a certain number of charge/discharge cycles that it can be charged before its' storage capacity starts to decline. The same holds true for your cell phone batteries or any other type of rechargeable battery. As to why your headset is only staying charged for 3-4 hours could be due to the headset having sat on a shelve for a while which might have discharged the battery and crippled its' storage capacity. Without knowing how long you have the headset, it cannot be determined why it is not holding its charge longer, but tif you have had it for a while it could be due above mentioned causes or you might have a defective battery. If you are still in warranty, (1 year from original date of purchase), you can contact our Call Representatives at our Customer Interactive Center at (800) 243-0000 and they will instruct you on where to send the headset along with your original sales receipt or proof of purchase to have the battery replaced...^IFV
