I cannot walk outside to the porch right out the front door and get connection either. I've never had a headset with such awful range. I am very disappointed as I like the concept and don't lose these like the ear ones. Just wished they worked better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome headset! Got this for Christmas from my wife. Awesome headset! So far it has gone beyond my expectations. The range goes well beyond what it says. The sound is incredible! I work in a manufacturing facility which is very loud. I have no problem hearing my calls or music. We work 12 hour shifts. I can go in with a full charge and listen to music all day long and the battery will be on medium charge when I leave. They are very light weight so you never know you have them on. I would definitely recommend these.

I also own the LBS900 however if I had a choice I prefer the richer bass in the 800. I would like if the earbuds retract like the 900's do. But I don't mind. These 800's have great acoustics in my opinion.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Work great...for 3 weeks or so... I bought this headset from AT&T, and within a couple of weeks I could barely hear out of them even with the volume all the way up. I returned them to AT&T and got a new pair. 23 days later the left ear bud has gone out and I can only hear out of the right. I have been very careful with these. I bought a case to carry them in and never yank them around. I am in the process of sending these back to LG as they are still under warranty. Hopefully pair #3 will actually last for more than 3 weeks. I'm not thrilled with the inconvenience and less than thrilled with the quality.

The second set worked for about a month and wouldn't charge. My 3rd set died last night. Again, it won't charge. It's last words were "battery level median"...yes, median, not medium. They really have an issue with these. I can't be the only one having the same kind of trouble. I'm not hard on them. I wear them to work in the office every day. I've heard the quality really dropped from the 750s. I wish I had a set of them. By they way, sometimes when you turn your head, they go out of range! You'll see this mentioned in other reviews as well. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Hello my headset has stopped taking a charge after only a few uses, how can I exchange it?

How do you adjust the volume where the level of control is the same in both earbuds?

I love this head set. Seriously it has great sound and works like a dream. However, sometimes when I work out buttons get pushed that I didn't mean to push. It interiors my work out to have to fix whatever just changed. Is there a way to lock the headset?

My lg tone ultra will not power off. The light stays a violet color until it finally dies which doesn't take very long. Is there anything I can do?

We appreciate your interest in this Bluetooth Headset. According to page 4 of the owner’s manual, when the AMBIENT NOISE CANCELATION feature (ANC) is active, the LED light remains lit in VIOLET, even when charging is incomplete. Deactivate this feature to get a clear indication of the charging process.
