You have to be absolutely still and even that doesnt work most of the time. Bought these on clearance from best buy and now I know why. They SUCK! My other LG products are aces but I am sad to say these are a far cry from those products. LG should send me a new pair. Please.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Quality is good battery life sucks The headphones are good, however the 20 hr standby and 10 hr talk time is far and way less. I get about 4 hours standby time and 2 hours talk time. When charging initially the charge light is on but then it goes off and I never know when they are fully charged. Even after charging over night the battery still drains within 4 hours. Horrible at it's best.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A pleasant surprise I had been eyeing a more expensive model. I walked into a major chain store and went over to the clearance racks, as is my custom. To my suprise I saw these at half off (in a special holiday package... Left from xmas) I figured I could loose and I won. After reading the instructions and charging for 24 hours, I connected with no trouble to my phone and the sound is lovely. It is obviously tuned to the frequency range of the human voice... What I expected. It's not a bass monster, nor is it treble heavy. I simply went to the equalizer feature of the Android music program that I use and hit the preset for boosting bass and trebl. They are just wonderful.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste of money I had a pair of LG HBS 750 and worked great and lasted all day no problem. I bought the HBS 800 and they're terrible. I get maybe 4 hours battery life if I only use them briefly. If I go to the gym they won't even last 2 hours with constant music. They frequently disconnect while talking and then stay on "pairing" mode until you turn off and on again to connect. I've only had them 3 weeks...

While using my LG 800 headset, keeps saying ANC on, ANC off.. .while it is actively on or off how do I fix this issue it's annoying! I have gone through troubleshooting you have online but haven't found anything that is specific to this issue

The ANC feature is the Ambient Noise Cancellation. This device should have a slider switch available to set this function in either the ON or OFF position. If these settings do not resolve the matter, please contact our Wireless Customer Interactive Center at 800-793-8896.

Have had the tone ultra for 6 months.  Now after charging the led indicator shows purple,  and battery only lasts 4 hours.
