Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely no delay I bought my Tone Ultras earlier today and I realized a moment ago that these are the first Bluetooth earbuds I've ever had that have no delay at all between what I do on my phone and what the earbuds play (ex. audio comes after video). I have a pair of Powerbeats 2 and JBL e25 and even my car's built in BT has a delay, but not these. Sound quality is also superb. Comfortable and the battery seems pretty great so far. 5/5

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Only good for about 6 months! I have bought several LG headphones in the past & seems like they never make it past 6 months with daily normal use. If you do decide to get a pair of these make sure you get the extended warranty because 6 months is the maximum life expectancy

I am a truck driver so im not sure if the environment im in is too loud but infigure for the price And brands in device I wouldnt have that problem. Is this normal? Oh yea already threw the box away so im not sure if i can return. I actually love it for my music and movie watching. Thats great. Just the complaints of background noise. Is there something i can do about that? Its my only issue overall 8/10

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Volume control resets to low after each call I received this as a replacement to an older LG headset, overall it work's great. One beef I have is that the volume resets to low after every call. I contacted tech support, he said to do a "reset" on the headset. Completed a reset (several) and still the volume resets to low each time I want to make a new call. My older model works fine in this regard!!! I would NOT recommend this model to someone that the volume control issue is important. I wonder how long the volume button will be functional if you have to keep setting correct volume every time?

Please explain which buttons do what. There are very few details in the manual, and I wonder what the text image and headset image do on the right side. Also, where is this supposed button on the left side that retracts the wires that was mentioned by you

Hello kwiklip, the unit does not have a retractable button. You have to pull gently on the earbuds as far as you can and it will retract (like a blind). As for the buttons, per page 9 in the manual: Tone & Talk supports various functions, including text and voice directions and calling. To install Tone & Talk, scan the QR code to the right or go to the Google Play™ store and search for “LG Tone & Talk”. The "Text" image is: Reading Recent Messages - Slide and hold the Previous/Next jog switch in the (<<) position for 1 second. The other is a "Clock" image - Current Time Alert: 1. Go to Tone & Talk and select Current time alert. 2. Slide and hold the Previous/Next jog switch in the (>>) position for 1 second.
