Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible Product I bout a LG Headset July 1, 2016 that model started to give out and a month before my warranty expired, I swapped them in but received a upgraded model and within a few weeks I had to go back to the store and swap out them for another pair. I am stuck now with a defective pair with no warranty. I also have co workers that bout different versions of the LG headset models and they are also displeased with the way they perform. These new headsets are worthless

Within five months we started having trouble where you can not hear out of the ear plugs or they cut in and out . We have reached out to LG several times since they are still under warranty. LG will not contact us back. We have been given claim numbers to file and they will get back to us. They never do or the claim number doesn't exist. Do not waste your money!!

How do I adjust the sensitivity of the microphone? People can barely hear me except for if I literally hold it in front of my mouth.

We regret the inconvenience you have experienced with this Bluetooth Headset. There is no way to adjust the sensitivity of the microphone. Be certain that the microphone on the device is uncovered, as covering the microphone pinhole can cause the symptom you have mentioned. How do I pair two he's-820s to each other then one of them to an iPhone so that two people could listen to the same song or phone call?

Regretfully, it would not be possible to connect the two headsets to each other then to the IPhone. Connecting two headsets via Bluetooth at once would be dependent on the device the headset(s) is paired with.

Your product info says nothing about how ear buds retract. Are they on a spring, prone to breakage or tugging them from ear? Are they manually retracted somehow?

The earbuds on the LG TONE ULTRA™ Premium Wireless Stereo Headset, Model # HBS-820 are retractable and there is a button on the left arm of the collar band that when pressed will retract the earbuds. The cords to the earbuds are thin so you have to take care not to pull sharply or too hard when pulling them out...^IFV

Does the "on" indicator light change color when fully charged?

When charging, the indicator lamp on the LG TONE ULTRA™ Premium Wireless Stereo Headset, Model # HBS-820 turns red, when it reaches an 80% charge, it turns purple and when charging has completed, it turns blue...^IFV

I lost one if the pads on the ear bud do you guys have replacements? I've had mine for a year, had to tape one side that is broke but it still works. I just need ear bud pads, the part that goes in the ear.

We appreciate your interest in this Bluetooth Headset. According to the owner’s manual, additional ear gels were provided with the headset. This device comes with a MEDIUM set of ear gels attached to the ear buds. A set of SMALL ear gels and a set of LARGE ear gels should also have been included in the package. Do these have eq presets like the 810? I'm pretty sure they don't but a guy on YouTube did a review and said that it does just like the 810.
