When they got here I had the same problem. The right speaker does not work.I like product. Just can not get one to work like it is suppose to.

I was excited abt the new retractable ear buds but my left ear bud works only sporadically and now the language has changed from English to Chinese. Too many issues after only 1 month. I'm disappointed

I gave it 4 stars because I really wanted it for the gym when I'm on the treadmill and use my Iphone for videos and workout. Darn this isn't really good for workout as it tend to slide to the side when you run. Still I am generaly very happy with the device and glad I got it anyway. Sound works good although its not like my Boss sort ones.

Why does it show a message symbol and clock symbol over the ff/rr slide.  But no function behind it.   Where on the volume side it shows a vibrate and battery symbol that does function.  Maybe another model. I though my infinim was top notch

How can i tell the difference between the real hbs-900 and the fake one

Your best defense against being sold a "Fake" pair of the LG TONE INFINIM™ Wireless Stereo Headset, Model # HBS-900 is by purchasing the headset from an Authorized LG Seller. The headset also has to have a sticker on it that shows the FCC ID number and the serial number on it. The sticker should never be peeled off, by law, if that sticker is missing, no one will service or replace the headset if you should need that...^IFV

What is the range for the bluetooth? When my phone is in my pocket the headphones break in and out like I am far away from my phone. My 750 LG headphones do the same thing. My 900 are 2 days old and doing this.

The LG TONE INFINIM™ Wireless Stereo Headset, Model # HBS-900 are considered Class 2 devices which have a range of 10 m (33 feet). It is a radio transmitter and receiver. When in operation it communicates with a Bluetooth® equipped mobile device by receiving and transmitting radio frequency (RF) electromagnetic fields (microwaves) in the frequency range 2.4 to 2.4835 GHz. There are many other devices that work wihtin that same frequency band that may cause interference with the HBS-900 and your HBS-750 headsets. These devices comply with part 15 of the FCC rules. and as stated in the Declaration of Conformity, Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference and (2) This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. You may want to try turning off the Wi-Fi on your phone to see if that resolves the issue. Bluetooth and Wi-Fi devices use the same radio frequencies to communicate, they often interfere with one another and are prone to interference from other devices operating on the same frequencies...^IFV

Phone calls sound is garbled on my end and other end people complain that I am hard to understand even with strong cell signal.  It just started doing this. It was fine for the first few months.  NO Clothing near neck to interfere. Why is this happening?

My headset doesn't vibrate

It is suggested to deactivate the headset, by the POWER button, and let it sit for about 45 seconds before reactivating it. The VIBRATE feature should reset when the device is reactivated.
