Also the cord is not long enough so when I turn my head, the ear piece pops out. The quality is good when it is working! It just doesn't withstand the test of time!!!

I love the quality and the fabulous, however, the problem with these LG HBS unit is they have a terrible bluetooth connection. I have read other reviews with people complaining about the same problem. I think LG should replace these units for their customers at no charge, whne they repair this major problem. I will probably return mine because of the terrible connection.

My headset won't work unless it is on the charger

I cant connect my headset to my phone

We regret the inconvenience you have experienced with this Bluetooth Headset. If you start the process after putting in your earbuds, you can easily pair and connect following the voice prompts. NOTE: If you are prompted for the authorization code (PIN Code), type 0000. If you hear that the battery is insufficient, recharge the battery before proceeding with pairing. If pairing is not completed within 3 minutes, the power automatically turns off. When the power automatically turns off, slide the Power switch from the OFF to the ON position to turn the power on. 1 Slide the Power switch towards the ON position to turn on the power. 2 The blue Indicator lamp turns on and the HBS-910 switches to Search mode. 3 From the mobile phone or device list, select LG HBS910 to connect. 4 A voice message will indicate that the connection is completed. 5 Use the same process to pair the HBS-910 with other devices. If this does not resolve the matter, please contact our Wireless Customer Interactive Center at 800-793-8896.

Hello, my Bluetooth was working fine for two months and now tha power is not working,even if I switch off it won't turn of and even if I turn on it won't respond. Suddenly it disconnects and again says connected. Is it some thing which can be fixed reset?
