They fall out, neither of the ear buds that came with, are a good fit for my tiny ears. They just fall out! Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible It's also not as loud. I enjoyed my HBS 900 but the sound started being low and my left ear bud went out and I had no issues before then. I had the protection plan via best buy and apparently the 900 was discontinued. I was also just told today while purchasing these and also the hbs 1100 that LG doesnt offer a manufactories warranty anymore, so thats why beat buy went up on there warranty.used. I dont know if it was the upgrade of phone as well that contributed to the factor. I don't like the fact it doesn't have a volume turn up button on the side of the neckband and you have to download an app to control the volume, which isn't loud. I could barely hear the caller and they couldn't hear me. The ear buds so not stay in your ears. I give it an E for effort, but it failed. The sound quality is very low. It should have the other capabilities as the wired bluetooth headsets does. Take time to develop a great product. I have been a loyal customer, I've had the 700s 800s and 900s, make sure everything works well and will last instead of thinking about money and not a good product. Needless to say I will be returning this one ASAP

Look the sound is horrible when listening to music. The fact that only one eat piece works during a phone call is horrible. When I talk to people they here a repeat of their sentence as if it was delayed 5 seconds. The app for Itunes is the worse. These are garbage do not buy..

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great for Music only I was so excited to get these headsets as other reviewers but I also had a issue with someone hearing me. I only had the right ear plugged in but it appears the left plug is for calls. I don't like that I can not control the volume as I listen to music in the office and sometimes need to turn the volume. I would like to avoid the same by using my phone to have those controls. I will be unfortunately returning them. I do like the wireless feel though you the wires don't get tangled with my chain or hair as the wired ones did. But I rather deal with that than not being able to have volume control feature.

I favor my right side & sometimes i like to put both in to talk. The 1 thing I do like is there are no cords. That the only plus here. I also done like that you have to push so hard to active voice calling it hurts your ear.

What is the right earbud for i cant hear nothing

Earbuds are not synced together. Right earbud is not connecting while listening to music. When I press the MFB, there is a beep and nothing happens. I've followed the instructions as to placing them in the headset and then turning off and on. Help!

It says 3 hours of battery life with the ear buds 7 if in the neck peice how am i suposed to use it if the ear buds are not in my ears?
