Very poor in volume sound and quality
I downloaded the app like suggest no good more I read more problems I found
I was hoping more quality in sound and only one heat set you use to make call o answer if give half star that badly is

These headphones surprising fit very well.
The sound quality is great for music and I have not had any trouble being heard while making phone calls. So far I really enjoy this product.

Horrible
It's also not as loud. I enjoyed my HBS 900 but the sound started being low and my left ear bud went out and I had no issues before then. I had the protection plan via best buy and apparently the 900 was discontinued. I was also just told today while purchasing these and also the hbs 1100 that LG doesnt offer a manufactories warranty anymore, so thats why beat buy went up on there warranty.used. I dont know if it was the upgrade of phone as well that contributed to the factor. I don't like the fact it doesn't have a volume turn up button on the side of the neckband and you have to download an app to control the volume, which isn't loud. I could barely hear the caller and they couldn't hear me. The ear buds so not stay in your ears. I give it an E for effort, but it failed. The sound quality is very low. It should have the other capabilities as the wired bluetooth headsets does. Take time to develop a great product. I have been a loyal customer, I've had the 700s 800s and 900s, make sure everything works well and will last instead of thinking about money and not a good product. Needless to say I will be returning this one ASAP

Terrible DO NOT BUY
I got this headset because Best Buy was out of the HBS910 of which I had prior but mine broke :( So glad I had a 45 day return policy. The right side doesn't work for phone calls and the speakers are bad quality they fall out of your ears!

Wow Very Disappointed
I have had these for less then 12 hours and LG lowered bar. What were the engineers thinking on these. Look the sound is horrible when listening to music. The fact that only one eat piece works during a phone call is horrible. When I talk to people they here a repeat of their sentence as if it was delayed 5 seconds. The app for Itunes is the worse. These are garbage do not buy..

Great for Music only
I was so excited to get these headsets as other reviewers but I also had a issue with someone hearing me. I only had the right ear plugged in but it appears the left plug is for calls. I don't like that I can not control the volume as I listen to music in the office and sometimes need to turn the volume. I would like to avoid the same by using my phone to have those controls. I will be unfortunately returning them. I do like the wireless feel though you the wires don't get tangled with my chain or hair as the wired ones did. But I rather deal with that than not being able to have volume control feature.

Not to happy
I got mine 3 days ago & I will be returning them. I don't like the fact that you can only talk on the left earbud. I favor my right side & sometimes i like to put both in to talk. The 1 thing I do like is there are no cords. That the only plus here. I also done like that you have to push so hard to active voice calling it hurts your ear.

Great idea but....
I bought these a month ago and had very high hopes! The idea is great, the sound great for music but after that.....callers often say they can hear me. If there is any background noise at all, you probably won't be heard. The loose of the functions from other lg headsets was not a great idea, only one multi function button...no volume control. And even though the box says only the left ear works for calls I still wanted these but callers can't hear me. This head had great potential but still has a ways to go. If they made this with all the features the other lg headsets have (volume/skip/pause/play)would have been great.

How do you turn the Free off?
We appreciate your interest in this Bluetooth Headset. This model has been designed with a POWER SWITCH on the inside of the neck band. This switch is designed with ON and OFF settings.

I got my lg headset for my birthday in January.last month my right side earpiece stopped working. What can I do?

Earbuds are not synced together. Right earbud is not connecting while listening to music. When I press the MFB, there is a beep and nothing happens. I've followed the instructions as to placing them in the headset and then turning off and on. Help!

Why is it that callers on the other end repeatedly say they can't hear me? I wear the ear piece correctly?

It says 3 hours of battery life with the ear buds 7 if in the neck peice how am i suposed to use it if the ear buds are not in my ears?

When I answer a phone call I only hear then person in my right ear. When I listen to music I hear in both ears. What's up with that???
