I went to my local LG agent but he refused to accept it because i bought it online, with very bad attitude.

My pair are fully charged and simply will not turn back on. Microphone worked poorly during phone calls as well. Don't waste your time or money on these.

My husband did not keep the receipt so couldn't exchange, So I purchased a second pair through Amazon and that pair just died again while running on the treadmill. The left bud started to get hot then just stopped working. So disappointed that I spent money the second time. Wont be buying a 3rd pair .

Can you swim with these headphones?

Hi I let my headphones get close to dying while in use, now when I plug them up to charge the charge light does not stay on, I unplugged them and it seems like they are getting charged but none of the buttons work.. volume, pause, power off, Ext.

My headset when plugged in shows a light purple light , then a blue light in the space of a few seconds, but won't turn on. Any way other than the power button to turn it on?

We appreciate your interest in this headset. The charging cable is a Micro USB cable. A replacement cable can be obtained through your local electronics store. It is suggested to take the headset to be certain that the cable matches the design of the charging port.

Is there a way for the lg force to vibrate when a call is coming in? Right now it rings through the headset but i have to have it in my ears to hear it and i dont wear them all the time.

Hi I recently bought a pair of LG force headphones. I have used them 3 times and they have a permanent red light on even when not charging? They will not turn on anymore? Is this normal?
