Rated 4 out of 5 by LG TONE PRO is a great concept This is my 2nd LG TONE bluetooth. Had issues after a while with my 1st set during calls with loss of sound. This issue was intermittent and I gave this set to my son. Bought new set and so far haven't had that issue. Love the look and quality of this headset and hope to have no problems again. Rated 1 out of 5 by microphone mutes its self sound is by far the lowest in any of the hbs headsets. ive had the 700 (tone original) the 730 (tone plus), witch were fantastic products. on the 750 though, its mutes its self during calls. where u have to switch from hand-set to headset again, very annoying, even worse when on important calls. the other caller thinks you disconnected ugh!! the live chat says im the next person in line but yet i have been waiting 20 minutes. and there is no software or firmware update to fix i guess im going to send them back for a refund or a credit. i own a lg washer dryer combo that was made this year that i love as well i just hate that im disatified with this headset... "MICROPHONE SHUTS OFF OFTEN AND CONSISTENTLY....THIS ISSUE IS EXTREMELY ANNOYING AND A MAJOR THUMBS DOWN" The product would be outstanding if the microphone would stay on when you are on a call, which is the products key purpose. I use my phone for business calls as well and it is not good to speak with clients but they can't hear you. My BT LG headset is fairly brand new, but it does it so often me and my callers are frustrated....I have taken it back and gotten a new one to no avail. for the price of the headset I feel I paid for a headache. Also, the volume of my phone calls are so low I can barely hear my callers, but the music and the GPS is so loud it blows my ear drums out.....Well..I can say I see the value of the product but they need to resolve the defects and then I want to receive a new headset replacement for free with the defect resolutions applied. Rated 2 out of 5 by Microphone Mute is the major issue I liked this product design and quickly grabbed the LG HBS 750 AKA tone Pro Bluetooth headset. Pairing and everything works great and even the sound quality is good even though the highest volume is not sufficient in noisy places. One of the most annoying thing making this headset useless is the microphone is getting muted after talking for couple of minutes. I am planing to return the headset as this is not something can be ignored. LG team please fix this and provide an update even after reading all the user complaints. July 28, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Its comfortable I read other reviews saying the Tone Pro HBS-750 is not loud enough and I was concerned since I was having volume trouble too. But I found out I wasn't pushing the volume button enough. Out of the box the phone call volume is louder than the media volume so you are disappointed and think there is something wrong. Try holding both volume buttons together for a second to turn on the "EQ" then tap the volume up A LOT and eventually it gets louder, fifty taps later. Somewhere in all that tapping are some EQ adjustments and the sound I have now does not sound very balanced. I need a more through tutorial on how to adjust this because having so many multi functions on the volume buttons has me confused. It needs to give me a spoken signal like "EQ high, EQ low". I will figure it out soon. I like everything else about the Tone Pro. My call recipients hear me well. And its very comfortable to wear and I don't look like call center monkey. July 18, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Easy to use Bluetooth I initially wanted a Bluetooth that I could use and listen to music at the same time and found this. This has been an excellent buy. I don't have to worry about loosing it! It is always around my neck and no annoying loud phone calls and when I want to listen to music alone I can while enjoying a car ride. Great buy! July 18, 2014

The website shows that it comes with the brick for the wall charger. THERE WAS NO BRICK in the package, just a cable. Still had an extra at home so I didn't worry about it, but I either got a off package (it was factory sealed and new), or there's a mistake on the website for Best Buy

Doesn't seem to happen when I turn off the wi-fi function, but that shouldn't matter. Is this a defect in the product? I've noticed other people complaining about this as well. This is my second pair and it has happened on both pairs!

Vibrate setting

Is it possible to set the devise to have the phone ring out loud through its speakers and also have the bluetooth vibrate. The devise vibrates and only rings through the ear pieces. Sometimes would like to have phone ring through its speaker and when bluetooth connected, ie, if lay bluetooth down and forget to turn off, I've missed calls since phone does not ring out loud when bluetooth connected. Phone is iPhone 5. Thanks

We appreciate your interest in this Bluetooth Headset and its features. This headset does not have the capability of telling the phone what to do or not do. The drop of the phone’s ring occurs when its own Bluetooth function is active. One would have to speak with the phone manufacturer to see if such a capability is possible for the phone.
